employee is not subject to call-back while on vacation . For distri- <br /> bution of overtime purposes an employee shall be considered on <br /> vacation from the time the employee finishes work on the employee's <br /> last scheduled work day before going on vacation until the employee's <br /> scheduled starting time on the employee's first scheduled work day <br /> after the employee's vacation . <br /> E . At the end of the payroll period nearest the end of each fiscal year, <br /> the accumulated overtime of the lowest employee in each <br /> classification (excluding employees who are ineligible for overtime) <br /> shall be deducted from the overtime standings of all others in the <br /> classification at that location . <br /> F . It is expressly understood that reliable , prompt service is a priority <br /> responsibility of the department. It is expected that all employees will <br /> respond when an emergency or bona fide need exists . The failure to <br /> so respond except as covered in (D) above , will be cause for <br /> disciplinary action , including termination of employment. <br /> 30 . 02 The filling of overtime for positions covered by this Agreement will be offered <br /> first to bargaining unit employees qualified by classification . If no qualified <br /> bargaining unit employees are available for the overtime position , the <br /> Department may assign qualified employees from outside the bargaining unit <br /> to fill the overtime position .
