Organization : Exchange Club CASTLE <br /> Program: Valued Visits <br /> Funder: Children 's_ Services Advisory Committee <br /> RFP # 6067 <br /> G. TIMETABLE (Section G not to exceed one page) <br /> 1 . List the major action steps , activities or cycles of events that will occur within the <br /> program year. New programs should include any start- up planning that may occur <br /> outside the funding year. In completing the timetable, review information detailed in <br /> prior sections . <br /> Month/Period Activities <br /> 10/ 1 /2004 — 9/30/2005 Valued Visits is a continuing program and will be fully staffed and in <br /> full operation at the start the contract year. Regarding the program <br /> operation : <br /> 1 . A court order is received for supervised visitation . <br /> 2 . The family is given 10 days to contact the CASTLE , and set up <br /> orientation. <br /> 3 . Each parent receives orientation, reviewing the rules and guidelines <br /> for participation in the program (orientations are done on separate <br /> nights for each parent) . Orientations are scheduled every week . <br /> 4 . Visits begin and continue until there is no longer a risk of harm to <br /> the child . <br /> 5 . Prior to and after each visit, the visiting parent participates in <br /> parent education classes . <br /> 11 <br />
