12 Develop and implement a local training program . The county emergency <br /> management director shall deter nine what additional training may be <br /> necessary for each employee in order to carry out his/her roles and <br /> responsibilities . <br /> • The Professional Developmen t Series of courses can be completed online <br /> via the Internet at http : //wvArxN . training. ferna . gov/emiweb/IS /crslist . qqp and <br /> http : //urww . flori.dadisaster . oi-g/Ti-a.ini.n.aCalen.dar/index . asp . The information must include the <br /> name of the training course, instructor, agenda, list of students, date(s) and times of the <br /> course . <br />
