Comments : <br /> 13 Establish and maintain a comprehensive, all hazards exercise program to test and evaluate all <br /> aspects of the local emergency management system including activation of the county EOC on an On target On target <br /> annual basis ; Behind target Behind target <br /> • Use the Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program for developing, delivering, and Complete Complete <br /> evaluating Department of Homeland Security/Office of Domestic Preparedness funded Not Complete Not Complete <br /> exercises ; <br /> • Using the Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program submit an After Action <br /> Report to DEM within 30 days for all exercises or actual events . <br /> • Participate in at least one full day of the annual Statewide Hurricane Exercise in which <br /> the submission of one Incident Action Plan (IAP), one Situation Report, a roster of <br /> participants, and participation in at least one telephone conference call is required. The <br /> Emergency Management Director shall determine extent of play necessary for the <br /> jurisdiction. <br /> Comments : <br /> 14 Develop and maintain Continuity of Operations Plan ( COOP) and Continuity of <br /> Government (COG) Plan in accordance with established guidelines in addition to the following: On target oNotComple$te <br /> gBehind target <br /> b <br /> • COOP should be in compliance with NIMS in the areas of terminology, definitions Complete <br /> and the Incident Command System (ICS) structure Not Complete <br /> Counties are required to conduct at least one COOP Exercise involving the county Emergency p <br /> Operations Center (EOC) and re-location to the alternate EOC . This exercise may be conducted <br /> in conjunction with the Statewide Hurricane Exercise and/or RDSTF scheduled exercise .
