(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY). <br />This Work Order No. 4 amends the agreement as follows: <br />SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br />Begin at the terminus of the County Road 512 Phase IV project east of 1 -95 (currently under <br />construction), traveling west on County Road 512 through the intersection at North Broadway <br />Street in the City of Fellsmere. Length is approximately 3 miles. <br />(Reference attached project limits map) <br />This Work Order No. 4 is for the SURVEYOR to perform an updated Topographic survey for <br />engineering planning and design purposes of County Road 512 Phase V from the termination <br />point of County Road 512 Phase IV to approximately 1000 feet west of Broadway Street in the City <br />of Fellsmere, all lying in Indian River County, Florida. The original survey was performed under the <br />prior Work Order dated January 2005 between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. (SURVEYOR) <br />and Indian River County (COUNTY). <br />
