IRC Work Order #4 <br /> County Road 512 Ph. 5 <br /> Topo Survey <br /> May 1 , 2008 <br /> Page 3 of 7 <br /> SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT <br /> 1 . Survey shall be completed within one hundred twenty ( 120) business days from Notice to <br /> Proceed . <br /> 2 . The SURVEYOR shall provide the survey in the following format: <br /> • Cover sheet with survey notes , certifications , location sketch and other pertinent data. <br /> • Survey horizontal and vertical control sheets. <br /> • Subsequent Topographic sheets . <br /> 3. The SURVEYOR shall provide the COUNTY with a preliminary (+/- 90%) survey within sixty <br /> (60) days from the notice to proceed for review and comments. The COUNTY shall have 30 <br /> business days to review and comment. <br /> 4. The SURVEYOR shall provide the COUNTY three (3) executed copies (sets). ONE (set) in <br /> standard black and white format, ONE (set) overlaid on the 2005 aerial photography currently <br /> available , one Mylar of the survey, a digital file in AutoCAD and PDF of both standard and <br /> aerial overly upon completion. The format of the survey, preparation of the Work Product and <br /> digital versions shall be completed so that the COUNTY or other consultants can readily use it <br /> for the design and analysis of the area, as defined. It shall contain all information necessary for <br /> third-party surveyor to independently recreate and/or utilize the survey work. It is acknowledged <br /> all final products become property of Indian River County and will be available for use by the <br /> public at large. <br /> SECTION IV — COMPENSATION <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for the above described <br /> services rendered as identified in Sections I , II , and III of this Work Order No. 4, a lump sum fee of <br /> $443200. 00. <br /> All and/or any additional services not described hereon shall be pre-approved by the COUNTY. <br /> Approved additional services shall be invoiced at the rates disclosed in the approved fee <br /> schedule with the SURVEYOR for the contract year(s) of November 6'h, 2007 through <br /> November 5'h , 2009. <br /> All invoicing shall include project identification , Work Order No. 4, Contract No. 0725 , itemize man- <br /> hours and materials expended to complete the scope of services. Payments shall be in accordance <br /> with the original Professional Surveying and Mapping/GIS Services Agreement, contract No : 0725 <br /> with the COUNTY and as stated in Section II , III and IV hereon . <br /> The remainder of this page left blank intentionally <br />
