26. 12 Bargaining unit employees shall not be entitled to light or restricted duty for non-duty related <br /> illness, injury, or condition (such as pregnancy), except as required by applicable law. <br /> 26 . 13 Bargaining unit employees shall be eligible for up to 12 weeks of Family and Medical Leave <br /> in any twelve-month period, in accordance with, and under the terms of, the Family and <br /> Medical Leave Act of 1993 .
