ARTICLE 35 <br /> DOCUMENTS <br /> 35 . 01 The Employer agrees to provide one ( 1 ) copy of each of the following documents to the <br /> Union without charge : <br /> A. Proposed budget, and final budget for the County. Budget changes and amendments <br /> for the department. <br /> B . Year end financial statement for the Department. <br /> C. Administrative orders, regulations and personnel policies relating to bargaining unit <br /> employees. <br /> D .
