G <br />return the employee to the position and status held immediately prior to the promotion. If the <br />employee's former position is filled, the employee may be transferred to a vacant position for <br />which the employee qualifies. The deduction applies <br />twelve full months from time of final disciplinary action. In the case of multiple disciplinary records, <br />they will count separately from each other and add together for a total point deduction. <br />Group 1 offense deduct 1 point <br />Group 2 offense deduct 3 points <br />Group 3 offense deduct 5 points <br />TOTAL MAXIMUM RAW SCORE 450 Points <br />EXAMINATION SCORES (300 Points max) <br />29 <br />
