26.12 Bargaining unit employees shall not be entitled to light or restricted duty for non -duty related <br />illness, injury, or condition (such as pregnancy), except as required by applicable law. <br />26.13 Bargaining unit employees shall be eligible for up to 12 weeks of Family and Medical Leave <br />in any twelve-month period, in accordance with, and under the terms of, the Family and <br />Medical Leave Act of 1993.
