<br />The Board of County Commisaioner8 of Indian River County, met at
<br />the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida in a regular meeting held at 9:00
<br />o'clock A.M., Tuesday, October 10, 1961. All members were present. Also
<br />present were Ed Schmucker, County Engineer; John Gcsuld, Attorney for the
<br />Board, and Katherine Morrison, Deputy Clerk.
<br />The.Chairman asked if there were any changes or additions to be•made
<br />to the minutes of August 29, September 5, 19th and 21st, There were none
<br />and upon -Motion made by Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner.
<br />Waddell, and carried, the minutes were approved.

<br />the same at a meeting of said
<br />Board in the Indian River County
<br />Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida,

<br />18" concrete pipe and one 1454-B
<br />endwall in accordance with State
<br />Road Department specifications.
