Historical Preservation Officer (SHPO) and request the state to review <br /> their files for historical and/or archaeological resources related to this area. <br /> The completion of the above tasks will be provided to the client in report form. <br /> TASK VII — Response to Auncy Requests for Additional Information (RAI) <br /> TASK VII : Following agency permit application review, GKE will respond to all <br /> environmental questions outlined in agency letters requesting additional <br /> information (RAI letters) , including completion of water quality analysis if <br /> required. <br /> GKE Fees / Compensation <br /> Work on TASKS I through VI outlined above could begin within fifteen ( 15 ) <br /> days of G. K. Environmental, Inc. ' s receipt of Notice to Proceed, for the lump sum of <br /> $ 7, 350 . 00 . Receipt of one ( 1 ) fully executed copy of this contract shall serve as our <br /> Notice to Proceed with Tasks I through IV . <br /> Work on TASK VII will begin following receipt of permitting agency requests <br /> for additional information, and will be completed on a time and materials basis, not to <br /> exceed $ 7, 500 . 00 . If additional GKE fees over $ 7, 500 . 00 are required, GKE will advise <br /> client and not proceed until written authorization from the client is received . Typically a <br /> project with similar proposed impacts will require a minimum of three rounds of RAI <br /> responses and several agency meetings on and off site. This project will also be <br /> coordinated with the ACOE and SJR WMD affiliated commenting agencies, including but <br /> not limited to Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission staff, National Marine <br /> Fisheries staff, U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service staff, and Indian River County staff. <br /> Services Not Included <br /> The following services are not included (if required) in this agreement, but will be <br /> coordinated and reviewed by GKE : <br /> 1 ) water quality laboratory analysis <br /> 2) surveying / engineering <br /> 3 ) Auto CAD work <br /> 4) legal work <br /> 5) permit drawings <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br /> GKE / Davis / IRC <br /> Proposal / Oslo Boat Ramp <br /> 7-26-04 <br />
