PHASE III <br /> 3.0 MITIGATION DESIGN / OPTIONAL SERVICES <br /> 3. 1 Mitigation Design <br /> GKE will develop mitigation concept plan for approved site(s) by the SJRWMD / ACOE and technical <br /> specifications, determine their feasibility, and coordinate the concepts with the Client, Project Engineer, and <br /> SJRWMD / ACOE. <br /> 3.2 Optional Services <br /> A fourth retention pond site may need to be investigated for stormwater pond construction. If necessary, this <br /> site will also be surveyed for wetlands and endangered / threatened species, including species of special <br /> concern. <br /> This Task / Phase will be billed at GKE ecologist rate of $ 110 .00 per hour for Principal Ecologist. <br /> If <br /> necessary, additional GKE services will be completed. Hourly rates are outlined below. <br /> PHASE IV <br /> 4.0 RESPONSE TO AGENCY REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (RAI) <br /> 4. 1 RAI Responses <br /> Following agency permit application submittal and agency review, GKE will respond to all environmental <br /> questions outlined in agency letters Requesting Additional Information (RAI letters) . GKE will provide copies <br /> to client for inclusion into the formal response letters to the permitting and commenting agencies. It <br /> is <br /> anticipated that there will be a minimum of two rounds of RAI letters for this project <br /> SECTION III - COMPENSATION <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT agrees to accept for <br /> services rendered pursuant to this Agreement fees in accordance with the following : <br /> A . Professional Services Fee <br /> 1 .
