There are two options ior reporting monitoring results . [ 62-522. 600(11) (b) & 62-4. 070(3), F.A . C. ] 1 . Paper Reporting : The Parameter Report Forms semi -annual monitoring are attached . In order to facilitate entry of this data into the Sta a computer system (WACS ) , these forms or exact replicas must be used and ust not be altered as to content . The original copies of the forms should be ret ined so that the necessary information is available to properly complete future reports . The submittal shall also include Ground Water Monitoring Report (attached ) , laboratory reports with quality assurance information , Chain of Cus ody sheets , water sampling log (attached ) , ground water contour maps , a summary of any water quality standards or minimum criteria that are exceeded , and recommended corrective action . Interpretative documents such as exceedance summary and /or contour maps must be certified by a professional licensed in state of Florida whose expertise is related to the document . 2 . Electronic Reporting : The Department has developed compu er software , called Validator to evaluate monitoring data and transfer the d to into the Department computer database . Electronic data management saves time and reduces costs . It also eliminates errors generated by manual data input . The data and other related information are prepared in Microsoft Excel and saved as a tab -delimited text file . In order to maintain integrity of electronic data , the Department asks that two (2 ) copies of electronic data files be submitted on compact disc media r adable by a Microsoft Windows computer . One should be in a tab-delimited text file and one should be in portable document format ( PDF) . Details on how to c mplete the text file for electronic processing is presented in Table 1 . We encourage you to use Validator to evaluate the electronic data , and make any necessary revisions or corrections before submittal to the Department . Preparation of a text file as outlined in Table I enables the Validator to function .
