The required monitoring results must be submitted to the Departmen within sixty <br /> (60 ) days of receipt from the laboratory . There are two options ior reporting <br /> monitoring results . [ 62-522. 600(11) (b) & 62-4. 070(3), F.A . C. ] <br /> 1 . Paper Reporting : The Parameter Report Forms semi -annual monitoring <br /> are attached . In order to facilitate entry of this data into the Sta a computer <br /> system (WACS ) , these forms or exact replicas must be used and ust not be <br /> altered as to content . The original copies of the forms should be ret ined so that <br /> the necessary information is available to properly complete future reports . The <br /> submittal shall also include Ground Water Monitoring Report (attached ) , <br /> laboratory reports with quality assurance information , Chain of Cus ody sheets , <br /> water sampling log (attached ) , ground water contour maps , a summary of any <br /> water quality standards or minimum criteria that are exceeded , and <br /> recommended corrective action . Interpretative documents such as exceedance <br /> summary and /or contour maps must be certified by a professional licensed in <br /> state of Florida whose expertise is related to the document . <br /> 2 . Electronic Reporting : The Department has developed compu er software , <br /> called Validator to evaluate monitoring data and transfer the d to into the <br /> Department computer database . Electronic data management saves time and <br /> reduces costs . It also eliminates errors generated by manual data input . The <br /> data and other related information are prepared in Microsoft Excel and saved as <br /> a tab -delimited text file . <br /> In order to maintain integrity of electronic data , the Department asks that two (2 ) <br /> copies of electronic data files be submitted on compact disc media r adable by a <br /> Microsoft Windows computer . One should be in a tab-delimited text file and one <br /> should be in portable document format ( PDF) . Details on how to c mplete the <br /> text file for electronic processing is presented in Table 1 . <br /> We encourage you to use Validator to evaluate the electronic data , and make <br /> any necessary revisions or corrections before submittal to the Department . <br /> Preparation of a text file as outlined in Table I enables the Validator to function . <br /> A sample text file may be viewed at : <br /> http : //www . dep . state . fl . us/labs/software/sampledata . txt <br /> Table 1 .
