Mehta, P.E. <br />21 December 2007 <br />Page 5 <br />The budget estimate presented in this proposal is based on Geosyntec's understanding of the <br />project requirements, our experience gained from executing similar tasks for SWDD during <br />FY2006-07, and experience with compliance monitoring, and reporting at similar facilities. <br />Geosyntec will not exceed the budget estimate without prior approval and written authorization <br />from SWDD. <br />Task 1 — Project Management/Meetings $18,482 <br />Task 2 — Annual and Semi -Annual Sampling and Reporting $34,457 <br />Task 3 — Title V Permit Compliance and Reporting $12,347 <br />Task 4 — Miscellaneous Compliance and Technical Support $32,076 <br />TOTAL $971362 <br />SCHEDULE <br />Geosyntec has prepared a preliminary schedule for compliance monitoring reporting and other <br />technical support services, which is included as Attachment 3. Geosyntec has assumed a start <br />date of I December 2007. Geosyntec will prepare the 2008 annual and semi-annual reports for <br />submittal to FDEP in February/March and August/September 2008, respectively.
