Terry Southard <br /> 16 December 2008 <br /> Page 7 <br /> • All underground/above- ground utility/structures will be located for Geosyntec by a <br /> facility representative prior to drilling at the site ; Geosyntec will not be responsible for <br /> damage to unidentified utilities/structures . <br /> • All work can be performed in Level D personal protective equipment . <br /> • Laboratory analytical methods prescribed herein may not be available from the <br /> laboratory ; if this is the case, a similar method will be selected to analyze for the desired <br /> suite of chemical constituents . <br /> • Geosyntec will notify the FDEP of our field schedule prior to field work activities . <br /> • Sampling will be performed in general accordance with certain guidance contained <br /> within FDEP ' s standard operating procedures, effective April 2002 and modified in June <br /> 2004 . <br /> • No laboratory analyses of soil samples are required for this site assessment . <br /> • The field activities will be completed in five days or less .
