It is Geosyntec ' s <br /> understanding that the 10 , 000 gallon USTs has been used for the storage of unleaded gasoline , <br /> exclusively. The scope of work described below has been developed in accordance with Florida <br /> Department of Environmental Protection ( FDEP ) Storage Tank System Closure Assessment <br /> Requirements and Chapter 62 - 761 , Florida Administrative Code ( FAC ) . An overview of the <br /> work completed to date and the proposed project scope follows . <br /> OVERVIEW <br /> Geosyntec performed groundwater sampling in the four monitoring wells surrounding the <br /> 10 , 000 - gallon USTs in June 2007 . The groundwater sampling was performed to assess whether <br /> the USTs have potentially had a detectable release of petroleum compounds to groundwater. The <br /> laboratory analytical results , presented in a letter report dated 23 July 2007 , did not detect any <br /> petroleum constituents above groundwater cleanup target levels ( GCTLs) . Based upon these <br /> results , it does not appear that the USTs are compromised or that a release of petroleum <br /> compounds has occurred .
