Lynn Williams eosy` ` tee <br /> CO ' <br /> 16 April 2009 consultants <br /> Page 5 <br /> • The 500- gallon ASTs will be provided by IRC and will be delivered/off- loaded by IRC <br /> and /or the AST manufacturer and placed on pre-cast manufacturer provided slabs and/or <br /> on a suitable concrete surface . <br /> • The 500- gallon ASTs will come equipped with product dispensers and will only require <br /> electrical connections . <br /> • Geosyntec will be able to work unimpeded . <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> Geosyntec anticipates that upon approval from IRC , UST closure field activities will be initiated <br /> within six weeks . It is anticipated that the UST closure activities will require approximately one <br /> week . The AST connection field activities will be coordinated with IRC based upon the <br /> procurement and delivery of the ASTs to the site. The final Tank Closure/Source Removal <br /> Reports will be provided to IRC within six weeks of completion of field activities . <br /> ESTIMATED BUDGET <br /> The fee proposal is provided as Attachment 3 . The total estimated budget to complete to work <br /> described in the fee proposal is $60,067 . <br /> CLOSURE <br /> Geosyntec appreciates the opportunity to submit to IRC the attached fee proposal ( Attachment 3 ) <br /> for services at the site . If this proposal is acceptable to you , please indicate your agreement by <br /> signing the Work Authorization, which references this proposal .
