Geosyntec <br />7 May 2008 consultants <br />Page 14 <br />Schedule — NEPA Categorical Exclusion Evaluation <br />Geosyntec can perform the site visit associated with the NEPA evaluation within two weeks of <br />receipt of execution of the Work Order. Geosyntec projects the NEPA Categorical Exclusion <br />Evaluation can then be delivered to IRC within four additional weeks. The proposed schedule is <br />contingent upon the receipt of requested information from IRC in a timely manner. <br />ESTIMATED BUDGET <br />The fee proposal is provided as Exhibit 2. Geosyntec has included contingency costs associated <br />with the subcontractors estimate to cover potential charges associated with non -scope items <br />identified during implementation. Geosyntec will not bill IRC SWDD for any contingency <br />related charges without prior approval from IRC SWDD. <br />CLOSURE <br />Geosyntec appreciates the opportunity to submit to IRC the attached fee proposal (Exhibit 2) for <br />services at the referenced site. An anticipated project schedule is included as Exhibit 3. If this <br />proposal is acceptable to you, please indicate your agreement by signing the Work Order, which <br />references this proposal.
