We request that IRC be responsible for ensuring Geosyntec <br /> is provided with any of the following information that is available for the site (we will especially <br /> rely on your assistance in the event that Geosyntec has requested this information, has been told <br /> it is available, and has not had it provided in a timely manner) : <br /> • prior environmental due diligence documentation; <br /> • details on any information on environmental features of the site such as known or <br /> suspected environmental contamination, wetlands , etc . ; <br /> • details on all historic uses of the site (back to its first development) ; <br /> • names and telephone numbers of current and past site owners and tenants ; <br /> • site layout maps (including, but not limited to layouts showing current and past landuse, <br /> wetlands , etc . ) ; <br /> • any environmental permits pertaining to the site (related to chemical use, water, waste, <br /> wetlands , air emissions, wildlife, etc . ) ; <br /> • details on any current and past chemical usage/storage at the site; <br /> • details on all above and below ground chemical and waste management systems/storage <br /> areas ; <br /> • details on the presence of any storage tanks/septic systems ; <br /> • copies of all environmental and building material testing/mitigation ( for example, those <br /> related to asbestos , lead, or polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) containing materials) reports <br /> done for the site; <br /> • a legal description and boundary survey of the site, a title search for the site, etc . ; <br /> • all historical geological/geotechnical reports ; <br /> • details on any wells that have existed onsite ; <br /> • details/results on all environmental or geologic sampling done onsite; <br /> • knowledge of any chemical use, contamination, and/or waste disposal on nearby <br /> properties ; <br /> • details (design drawings , etc . ) on any current or past stormwater or wastewater <br /> management systems existing onsite ; and <br /> XR08051 RJCCR08045R.
