COLLABORATION (Entire Section E not to exceed one page) <br /> 1 . List your program ' s collaborative partners and the resources that they are providing to <br /> the program beyond referrals and support. <br /> Collaborative Agency Resources provided to the program <br /> Indian River County School District Transportation after school from Thompson Elementary <br /> and Oslo Middle School as well as Sebastian area <br /> schools to the Boys & Girls Club . After school snacks <br /> and summer lunch program. <br /> Homeless Family Center Offer scholarships to children of homeless families, provide <br /> computer lab access to children (through programs offered to <br /> Club members) and parents/guardians (in the evenings to <br /> teach computer skills and help with resumes and job <br /> placement services) . <br /> Art instruction, supplies, place to host exhibits and <br /> Center for the Arts museum in the basket series. <br /> Coordinate mentoring opportunities and encourage <br /> Youth Guidance Youth Guidance participants to become members of the <br /> Boys & Girls Club and promote Mentor and Mentees to <br /> meet at the Boys & Girls Club . <br /> Provide instructors to conduct conflict resolution, <br /> Safe Space domestic violence and anger management sessions . <br /> Department of Juvenile Justice Will match members with juvenile arrest to help us <br /> determine the percentage of our members participating <br /> in juvenile crime . <br /> Volunteers to conduct troops at the B &G Club once a <br /> Girl Scouts week. <br /> 10 <br />
