SC 13.03 Test and Inspections of the SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS TO THE GENERAL <br />CONDITIONS is clarified as follows: <br />r The owner (County) shall employ, direct and pay for the services of an independent testing <br />laboratory on the initial testing of the work such as but not limited to LBR, Proctor, soil density, <br />concrete compressive strength cylinders, asphalt testing, etc. Any re -test due to failed tests shall be <br />r paid for by the contractor. Any testing such as for bidding, construction related opted by the <br />contractor, mix design, supplemental product design shall be paid for by the Contractor. <br />2. SECTION 00520 — Agreement, ARTICLE 4 — CONTRACT TIMES, 4.02, A - Shall be amended <br />as follows: <br />a. Substantial completion is 360 days <br />b. Final completion is 390 days <br />i <br />F.
