r <br />J. Maintenance: The Contractor shall, at his expense, maintain the sodded areas in a <br />r satisfactory condition until final acceptance of the project. Such maintenance shall include <br />repairing of any damaged areas and replacing areas in which the establishment of the <br />grass stand does not appear to be developing satisfactorily. <br />Replanting or repair necessary due to the Contractor's negligence, carelessness or failure <br />to provide routine maintenance shall be at the Contractor's expense. <br />+" The Contractor shall mow the sodded area up to the final acceptance date as directed by <br />the Engineer. <br />r K.
