1 <br /> G . Give the ENGINEER ten ( 10 ) days minimum notice before beginning work on the <br /> Project . <br /> H . Give the ENGINEER a minimum of 48 hours notice before performing any test . <br /> ' I . Before performing any work outside the designated limits of the work site , secure <br /> any necessary permits and authorization from the applicable owner, or verify in <br /> writing that such has been previously obtained . Follow all requirements of any said <br /> permits or authorization . Give the ENGINEER and appropriate owner ten ( 10 ) days <br /> minimum notice before commencing construction operations outside the designated <br /> ' limits of the work site . <br /> J . Do not work overtime unless authorized to do so by OWNER . If overtime is <br /> ' required , provide 48 hours minimum notice to the ENGINEER . <br /> K . Do not perform any work on holidays or weekends that requires inspection by the <br /> ENGINEER or OWNER , without first obtaining the OWNER' s written permission . <br /> L . Anything mentioned in the Specifications and not shown in the Drawings , or shown <br /> in the Drawings and not mentioned in the Specifications , shall be of like effect as if <br /> shown or mentioned in both . <br /> M . Do not start any work that involves modification to existing facilities , until written <br /> approval and authorization has been received from the OWNER or his designated <br /> representative . Afterwritten approval and authorization has been received , give the <br /> OWNER a minimum of 48 hours advance notice before starting any work that <br /> involves modifications to existing facilities . <br /> N . Maintain existing drainage during construction . <br /> O . Site access is from 4th Avenue S . E . See Location Map next page . <br /> ' P . The County will flag all corners of the project before construction begins . <br /> ' Q . The County has installed a temporary access culvert across the ditch at the end of <br /> 4th Avenue S . E .
