by the CONTRACTOR shall be held as the CONTRACTOR's acceptance that all <br /> survey or existing site information is correct and accurate , without any reasonably <br /> inferable errors , inaccuracies or omissions . <br /> Be The CONTRACTOR shall carefully preserve all control stakes , benchmarks , <br /> ' reference points and property corners and will be responsible for any mistake or <br /> loss of time caused by their unnecessary loss or disturbance . If the loss or <br /> disturbance of any stakes or marks cause a delay in the Work, the CONTRACTOR <br /> shall have no claim for damages or extension of time . Control stakes , <br /> benchmarks , reference points and property corners disturbed by the <br /> CONTRACTOR's work shall be replaced by a Florida Registered Land Surveyor <br /> and Mapper, at the CONTRACTOR's expense . If the OWNER must provide the <br /> services of the Florida Registered Surveyor and Mapper to perform this <br /> replacement work , the cost of the surveying services will be deducted from any <br /> 1 sums due the CONTRACTOR for the work performed under this Contract. <br /> C . All construction survey work shall be performed under the guidance and direction <br /> ' of a Florida Registered Surveyor and Mapper. <br /> D . All survey work for Record Drawings shall be performed under the guidance and <br /> direction of a Florida Registered Surveyor and Mapper. <br /> E . The following staking shall be provided on a one-time basis by the Owner: <br /> ' 1 . Staking of boundary pins and vertical and horizontal control staking . <br /> F . Maintain a complete , accurate log of all control and survey work as it progresses . <br /> ' 1 . 4 SUBMITTALS <br /> A . Before beginning work , submit name and qualifications of Field <br /> Engineer/Superintendent to ENGINEER . <br /> Be Before beginning work , submit name and address of Professional Surveyor and <br /> Mapper to ENGINEER . <br /> ' C . On request of ENGINEER , submit documentation to verify accuracy of field <br /> engineering work . <br /> D .
