A . Control all CONTRACTOR related vehicular parking within the limits of the WORK <br /> ' to preclude interference with public traffic or parking , access by emergency <br /> vehicles , OWNER' s operations , or construction operations . Provide temporary <br /> parking facilities for the public as may be required because of construction or <br /> operations . <br /> Be Monitor parking of all construction and private vehicles : <br /> ' 1 . Maintain free vehicular access to and through parking areas . <br /> 2 . Prohibit parking on or adjacent to access roads , or in non -designated areas . <br /> 1 . 7 SIDEWALKS AND STORMWATER SYSTEMS <br /> A . Provideaccess for foot passengers , either by bridging or otherwise , and do not <br /> ' obstruct the sidewalks , gutters nor prevent in any manner the flow of water in the <br /> latter. Use all proper and necessary means to permit the free passage of surface <br /> water along the gutters . Immediately cart away all offensive matter, exercising such <br /> precautions as may be directed by the ENGINEER or OWNER . All material <br /> excavated shall be so disposed of as to not inconvenience the public and adjacent <br /> tenants . <br /> 1 . 8 HAUL ROUTES <br /> A . Consult with governing authorities and establish thoroughfares that will be used as <br /> haul routes and site access . <br /> M1 . 9 RESPONSIBILITIES WHEN HAULING FILL MATERIAL EXCESS MATERIAL <br /> OR DEBRIS <br /> A . Provide traffic control at critical areas of haul routes to expedite traffic flow and <br /> to minimize interference with the normal public traffic . <br /> Be Cleanup any spillage of dirt , mud , or other material along all roads . Immediately <br /> cleanup all spillage that creates a safety problem . Cleanup all other spillage within <br /> a reasonable time or as directed by OWNER . When hauling dirt or debris over <br /> unpaved roads , maintain the road surface in a safe condition by grading , rolling , etc . <br /> as necessary. <br /> rC .
