In
accordance to our BMP plan the material will be used to replace a portion of our
chemical fertilization program (which is more susceptible to runoff and or leaching out of
the soil growing profile), which should reduce the possibility of nutrient runoff, The
storm water runoff of the composting and application sites is controlled by a surface.
water management system, the water is pumped into onsite surface water retention areas
before being discharged offsite. A water quality-monitoring program is in place and will
continue to monitor nutrient and biological levels .
With your approval , we plan on developing this composting pro
waste materials and produce a product that will be a beneficial and environmentally
theseam to recycle
advantageous nutrient source for our citrus operation .
I trust this information will be helpful to you.
Sincerely,
Ronald L.
