For this project, the <br /> post-disaster premium was calculated to be $ 127,450 . <br /> Rent and Business Income <br /> No rent or business income will be obtained from this facility; therefore, zero dollars <br /> were included in this section . <br /> Mitigation Project Data <br /> This mitigation project aims to harden the new Indian River County Senior Center by <br /> installing rated hurricane shutters , installing an emergency generator, and conducting the <br /> electrical preparation work for the generator. The project useful life of 20 years was <br /> determined using FEMA ' s default value . The mitigation project cost of $ 305 , 558 was <br /> determined using vendor estimates for the project. The cost of the shutters is $40 , 558 . <br /> The cost of the electrical preparation work for the generator is $ 37 , 500 . And, the cost of <br /> the generator is $227 ,500 . Vendor estimates are attached . Based on FEMA guidance , no <br /> maintenance or relocation costs were included . <br /> Wind Hazard Data <br /> The wind speed hazard data was obtained from the Coastal Engineering Technical Note <br /> CETN-I-36 dated, December 1985 . The data was taken from station point 1550 — Indian <br /> River.
