RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, did advertise and call <br />for bids for fabrication and installation of certain <br />jail equipment for the County jail of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and, <br />WHEREAS, bids were submitted by several persons, <br />firms and corporations of which Decatur Iron & Steel <br />Company,`Inc., was the lowest responsible bidder, and <br />WHEREFORE, said Board finds and determines that <br />Decatur Iron & Steel Company, Inc., was and is a respon- <br />sible bidder and that its bid was the lowest responsible <br />bid, NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commis- <br />sioners of Indian River County, Florida, that Indian <br />River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, enter into a contract with Decatur Iron & <br />Steel Company, Inc., for fabrication and installation of <br />certain jail equipment for the County jail of Indian <br />River County, Florida, in words, phrases and figures as <br />follows: <br />
