On or before the tenth day after the effective date of the Agreement, submit the <br />initial schedules to the ENGINEER. The ENGINEER will review the schedules <br />and return a review copy to the CONTRACTOR within 21 days after receipt. If <br />required by the ENGINEER, resubmit revised schedules on or before the <br />seventh day after receipt of the review copy. If required by the ENGINEER, <br />submit revised monthly progress schedules with that month's application for <br />payment. <br />1.4 DISTRIBUTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES <br />A. After receiving approval by the ENGINEER, distribute copies of the <br />approved initial schedule and all reviewed revisions (updated) to: <br />1. Job site file. <br />2. Subcontractors. <br />3. Other concerned parties. <br />4. OWNER (two copies). <br />5. ENGINEER <br />B.
