SECTION 01310 <br /> CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES <br /> 1 . 1 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> A . No partial payments shall be approved by the ENGINEER until there is an <br /> approved construction progress schedule on hand . <br /> B . Designate an authorized representative who shall be responsible for <br /> development and maintenance of the schedule and of all progress and <br /> payment reports . This representative shall have direct project control and <br /> complete authority to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR in fulfilling the <br /> commitments of the CONTRACTOR's schedules . <br /> C . Contractor is to complete the construction portion of 20th Avenue from 21St <br /> Street SW to 17th Lane SW of the project and make the roadway <br /> connection from 20th Avenue to 21St St . SW prior to closing 17th Lane SW <br /> portion . This is required in order to give an alternate access to the <br /> residents of the Vero Beach Highlands Subdivision as 17th Lane SW will <br /> be closed to vehicle traffic and not accessible . The CONTRACTOR is to <br /> submit a Maintenance of traffic plan for approval prior to construction . <br /> 1 . 2 REVISIONS TO THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES <br /> When the ENGINEER requires the CONTRACTOR to submit revised ( updated ) <br /> progress schedules on a monthly basis the CONTRACTOR shall : <br /> A . Indicate the progress of each activity to the date of submission . <br /> B . Show changes occurring since the previous submission listing : <br /> 1 . Major changes in scope . <br /> 2 . Activities modified since the previous submission . <br /> 3 . Revised projections of progress and completion . <br /> 4 . Other identifiable changes . <br /> C . Provide a narrative report as needed to define : <br /> 1 . Problem areas , anticipated delays , and the impact on the schedule . <br /> 2 . Corrective action recommended and its effect . <br /> 3 .
