Acoustical insulation is included above the GWB ceilings and all toilet rooms with ACT per spec section 07210 ( 2 . 03 ) B . 07B -2 . The water repellent sealer listed in spec section 07175 is indicated to be applied to all new brick veneer . This project will not contain brick veneer ; accordingly , the cost for the water repellent sealer is excluded . 0713 - 3 . The sheet membrane waterproofing material indicated in section 07115 of the Specifications Manual issued November 16 , 2005 is excluded . It is assumed that the sheet membrane waterproofing indicated in the specifications is to be used in a ceramic tile application and this project uses epoxy floors and it is not required . 07B -4 . The bituminous dampproofing listed in spec section 07160 is not indicated on the drawings ; therefore , the cost for bituminous dampproofing is not included . 0713 - 5 . Skylight indicated in sheet A9 . 3 detail F is not included . 08A Standard Glass / Glazing 08A- 1 . No clarifications at this time 09A Security Plaster 09A- 1 . Security plaster ceilings at Maintenance Building are not included as directed by Indian River County . Ceiling will be exposed with no paint finish .
