a lv <br />After considerable discussion,Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, <br />seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously carried, that the County <br />Attorney is authorized to take whatever action as advisable to see if <br />something can be done about the situation. <br />Al 'Webber, Deputy Clerk, asked the Board their wishes on the legal <br />holidays for the coming year and their reply was, the same as last year. <br />Forrest McCullars, County Agent, filed his monthly report with the <br />Board. <br />til Webber presented a change order for the county jail and upon <br />Motion made by Commissioner lwaddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and <br />unanimously carried, the change order was approved and the County attorney <br />requested to put it in proper form for recording in the minutes. <br />h copy of Resolution of the St.. Johns Drainage District was re- <br />ceived and filed in the Clerk's office. <br />An Affidavit for proceeds of T"x Deed Sale signed by Larry Cotzin, <br />et al, was presented to the Board requesting the refund of excess over the <br />amount of taxes due on their property, which sale was held November 6, 1961 <br />and said excess deposited in the General Revenue Fund of the County. Upon <br />Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and <br />unanimously carried, the Board decided that Mr. Cotzin, et al, are the former <br />owners of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Silver Shores, Unit No. 1 and that they be <br />paid the sum of $6,417.41, less the sum of $65.00 to cover county expense, <br />or a total sum of $6,352.41 be paid to the owners and further that the follow- <br />ing Item to Item Transfer is authorized. <br />GENERAL REVENUE FUND FROM TO <br />951 Reserve for Contingencies $5,900.00 <br />921 Refunds <br />$5,900.00 <br />
