<br />In4n hover County. Florida,. upon
<br />the Petition of LAKE MIAMI
<br />RANCH, INC. to schedule a public
<br />hewing to consider. and determine
<br />whether or not the County of Indi-
<br />an River will vacate, abandon, dis-
<br />continue, close and eliminate the
<br />following:
<br />All of the streets, roads,
<br />Maces, avenues, and rights-of-
<br />way of FELLS MANOR, Plats 1
<br />and.2, a6 recorded in Plat Book
<br />1, Pages 73 and 74, of the Pub-
<br />- lic Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />and that a Public Hearing has been
<br />set for the 8th ,day of January, 1963,
<br />at the hour of 9:30 o'clock A. M. in
<br />the Commissioners Room, in the
<br />Courthouse, in Vero Beach, Flor-
<br />Ida.
<br />All persons interested may ap-
<br />pear and be heard at the time and

<br />The Chairman read the foregoing notice and asked if anyone present
<br />wished to be heard. Mr. Thad Carlton, Attorney for the Petitioners spoke
<br />in behalf of same and no one was present against the same. It was moved
<br />by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously
<br />carried, that the streets, roads, places, avenues, and right of way of
<br />Fells Manor be vacated and abandoned and the following Resolution adopted.
