Indian River County,Amendment No. 17 <br /> Kings Highway Improvement <br /> The additional utility construction quantities will be determined, such that it may be <br /> incorporated into the Kings Highway utility improvements. <br /> Task 2—Permitting <br /> The Consultant will prepare and submit documentation to request a FDEP public drinking <br /> water permit. The Consultant will coordinate with the FDEP in regards to obtaining this <br /> permit. The County will be responsible for all permit application and agency review fees. <br /> Task 3 —Utility Certification <br /> The Consultant will review the pressure test, bacteriological analyses and construction as- <br /> built information. Upon completion of the review, the Consultant will assemble and <br /> submit the Certification of Construction Completion to FDEP and request service <br /> clearance for the newly constructed utilities. <br /> "SECTION V—COMPENSATION" is being modified to incorporate the following: <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered <br /> pursuant to this Agreement additional fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the <br /> following: <br /> A. Professional Services Fee <br /> The basic compensation mutually agreed upon by the ENGINEER and the <br /> COUNTY is as follows: <br /> Task Labor Fee <br /> Utility Design $4,800 <br /> Permitting $1,800 <br /> Utility Certification $800 <br /> This Amendment No. 17 to the AGREEMENT regardless of where executed, shall be governed <br /> by and construed by the laws of the State of Florida. <br /> In witness whereof the parties have executed this Amendment this 21 St day of <br /> January 2001. <br /> 3 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
