Indian River County, Amendment No . 4 <br /> 58'1' Avenue and State Road 60 <br /> Intersection Improvements <br /> Technical Standards set forth by the Florida Board of Professional Land <br /> Surveyors in Chapter 61G17 -6 , Florida Administrative Code , pursuant to Section <br /> 472 . 027 , Florida Statutes . <br /> C . Roadway. Plans <br /> Roadway plans shall be prepared to include : plotting of survey data ; establishment of <br /> profile grades ; key map ; plan and profile sheets (including geometric calculations ) ; <br /> typical section sheets ; summary of quantities ; cross -section sheets at 100 ' intervals <br /> ( including earthwork computations ) ; signing and pavement marking plans ; and other <br /> detail sheets necessary to convey the intent of the scope of services outlined herein . All <br /> plans shall be prepared in the English units . <br /> The Roadway plans will be submitted to the COUNTY for review at the 60 % and 100 % <br /> plan completion . <br /> " SECTION V — COMPENSATION " is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered <br /> pursuant to this Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following : <br /> A . Professional Services Fee <br /> The basic compensation mutually agreed upon by the ENGINEER and the <br /> COUNTY is as follows : <br /> Task Labor Fee <br /> Lump Sum Components <br /> Supplemental Topographic Survey $ 1 , 500 <br /> Roadway Design $ 28 , 830 <br /> " SECTION XVI — DURATION OF AGREEMENT " is being modified to incorporate the <br /> following : <br /> The time for completion of the above described scope of services detailed in this <br /> amendment will be one ( 1 ) month following the notice to proceed from the COUNTY . <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
