The County Attorney was requested to write <br />for an Attorney'General's Opinion on the subject. <br />• <br />Mr. Harry.Cole was recognized by the Chair and stated that the <br />purpose of his appearance was .to give pertinent facts with regard'_to the <br />operation of his business and the problems that'exist between he and Mr. <br />and Mrs. Macren. Mrs. Durrance and Mr.. Whipple also appeared and gain <br />their opinion as to.the character of Mr. and Mrs. Macren. The matter was <br />tabled until such time as Mr. Cole's Attorney could appear before the <br />Board. <br />Mr.'Bill Payne, representing the Road and Gun Club, appeared be- <br />fore the Board and requested that the county furnish a dredge for fill <br />for more parking area at Blue Cypress Lake. The County Engineer was re- <br />quested to furnish same at such time as the dredge was available. <br />Mr. R. F. Lloyd appeared before the Board and presented a map <br />showing a part of Oslo Road that he would like to have abandoned. Public <br />hearing was set for the meeting of March 20, 1963. <br />The County Engineer inquired as to zoning regulations with regard <br />to fences. After some discussion, the County Attorney was requested to <br />make a study of this particular regulation for further action at a future <br />meeting. <br />Mr. Schmucker also suggested that a Resolution be prepared re- <br />questing a change in location of Interstate Highway 95. Motion was made <br />by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously <br />carried, that the County Attorney be requested to prepare Resolution for <br />same. <br />The County Engineer gave a report of his findings on North Road <br />out of Fellsmere and stated that he would attend a meeting of the Fellsmere <br />City Council on Friday, February 8, 1963, to get their views and opinions <br />with regard to same. <br />After some discussion, Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, <br />M,A 8 fliA195 <br />
