4. Bidder will complete and include with the bid the Schedule of Bid Items attached to this proposal. The quantities shown on the Schedule of Bid Items are approximate quantities to be used for the purpose of comparing bids. The actual quantities may vary. It is further understood that the actual amount of the Agreement, and payments there under, will be based upon the actual quantities placed into the work. 5. Bidder agrees that the work will be completed in accordance with the following time frame: The CONTRACTOR shall be substantially completed with the work One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed, in accordance with Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within Two Hundred and Ten (210) calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. 6. The following documents are attached to and made a part of this Bid: (a) Certificate of Compliance with the Florida Trench Safety Act (Section 00300 Bid Form). (b) Disclosure of Relationships (Section 00452) (c) General Information Required for Bidders (Section 00456) 7. The terms used in this Bid, which are defined in the General Conditions of the Construction Contract included as part of the Contract Documents, have the meanings assigned to them in the General Conditions. Contractor acknowledges the insurance requirements of Section 00700 as amended by Section 00800 and any other addendums and agrees to provide said insurance upon award of contract.
