I D <br />South RO Water Treatment Plant Improvements <br />The bid shall include costs for furnishing to the OWNER all materials, equipment, and supplies and for all <br />costs incurred in completing the work including installation of all materials, equipment, and supplies furnished, <br />complete in place and ready for continued service, all other labor, permit fees, taxes, insurance, miscellaneous <br />costs, overhead and profit. <br />This Contract is a LUMP SUM CONTRACT and BIDDER is to include all costs BIDDER may anticipate <br />during the length of this project and the contract. Each BIDDER shall include all extras the BIDDER may <br />determine necessary to provide the quantity and quality of Work required by the Contract Documents.
