revisions made other than the corrections requested by the Engineer on previous <br />submissions. <br />F. Partial submittals may not be reviewed. The Engineer will be the only judge as to the <br />completeness of a submittal. Submittals not complete will be returned to the Contractor <br />and will be considered "Not Approved" until resubmitted. The Engineer may at his option <br />provide a list or mark the submittal directing the Contractor to the areas that are <br />incomplete. <br />G. Repetitive Review <br />1. Shop Drawings and other submittals will be reviewed no more than twice at the <br />Owner's expense. All subsequent reviews will be performed at times convenient <br />to the Engineer and at the Contractor's expense based on the Engineer's then <br />prevailing rates. The Contractor shall reimburse the Owner for all such fees <br />invoiced to the Owner by the Engineer. Submittals are required until approved, <br />2. Any need for more than one resubmission, or any other delay in obtaining <br />Engineer's review of submittal will not entitle Contractor to extension of the <br />contract time. <br />H. Distribute reproductions of approved shop drawings and copies of approved product data <br />and samples, where required, to the job site file and elsewhere as directed by the Engineer. <br />Number of copies shall be as directed by the Engineer but shall not exceed six. <br />1.07 GENERAL PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTALS <br />A. Coordination of Submittal Times: Prepare and transmit each submittal sufficiently in <br />advance of performing the related work or other applicable activities, or within the time <br />specified in the individual work of other related Sections, so that the installation will not <br />be delayed by processing times including disapproval and resubmittal (if required), <br />coordination with other submittals, testing, purchasing, fabrication, delivery and similar <br />sequenced activities.
