17 <br />3.04 <br />3.05 <br />3.06 <br />E <br />F <br />G <br />Adjust differential camber between precast members to tolerance before final attachment. <br />Install bearing pads. <br />Grout underside of bearing and joints between members at roof locations. <br />Secure units in place. Perform welding in accordance with ANSUAWS Dl.l . <br />ERECTION TOLERANCES <br />A. Erect members level and plumb within allowable tolerances. <br />B. Design and erect to the following tolerances: <br />1. Maximum Variation from Plane or Location Indicated on Drawings: 1/4 inch/10 <br />feet and 3/8 inch in 100 feet, non -cumulative. <br />2. Maximum Offset from True Alignment between Members: 1/4 inch. <br />3. Maximum Variation from Dimensions Indicated on Drawings: Plus or minus 1/8 <br />inch. <br />C. Exposed Joint Dimension: 3/8 inch plus or minus 1/4 inch. <br />D. When members cannot be adjusted to conform to design or tolerance criteria, cease work <br />and advise Engineer. Execute modifications as directed. <br />PROTECTION <br />A. Protect members from damage caused by field welding or erection operations. <br />B. Provide non-combustible shields during welding operations. <br />CLEANING <br />A.
