DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT <br />The PROJECT shall generally be defined and described as providing Civil Engineering & Surveying <br />services for the final completion of the Egret Marsh Stormwater Management Project. Sustainable <br />Engineering & Design, LLC (SED) will subcontract to R. Wayne Richmond, PSM to complete the <br />necessary survey work effort that will assist the County in closing out the project as substantially <br />complete. <br />ll. SERVICES BY THE ENGINEER <br />The services provided by the ENGINEER under this Agreement shall be as set forth in Appendix D, <br />attached hereto and hereby made part of this Agreement by reference. <br />III. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />At the written request of the CLIENT, and upon consent of the ENGINEER, the ENGINEER shall <br />perform such additional services as the CLIENT may desire, which services are not included within the <br />scope of Section lI of this Agreement. Such additional services may include: <br />a. Modifications of development plans as necessary to conform to changes required by the <br />CLIENT or regulation and policy changes implemented by various Local, State, and <br />Federal jurisdictional agencies. (This section excludes those responses and revisions <br />related to non -nal permit review.) <br />b. Any other services not expressly stated in Appendix D or E. <br />IV. DIRECT AND REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />As used hereinafter the ENGINEER'S direct and reimbursable expenses shall mean: <br />a. The cost of employing persons or firms as outside consultants that shall perform <br />professional services such as surveying, soils and subsurface investigations, tests, reports, <br />and recommendations required for design of the work in the PROJECT. <br />P.O.
