RESOLUTION NO, 2011. 045 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 10, BLOCK 60, VERO BEACH HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION UNIT 5 WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 10, Block 60, of Vero Beach Highlands Subdivision Unit 5; and WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easement portion: the west one foot of the east six foot drainage and utility easement on Lot 10, Block 60, Vero Beach Highlands Subdivision Unit 5, less and except any portion of the north twelve foot drainage and utility easement on such lot, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 56, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Sheet, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis seconded by Commissioner Flescher , and adopted on the 7th day of June 2011, by the following vote: Chairman Bob Solari Aye Vice-Chainnan Gary C.
