Clean and/or restore all items determined <br /> to be unsatisfactory by the OWNER or ENGINEER , at no additional expense . <br /> - SECTION 01720 RECORD DOCUMENTS <br /> 1 . 1 GENERAL <br /> ' A . Maintain and provide the ENGINEER with record documents as specified below , <br /> except where otherwise specified or modified in Divisions 2 - 16 or the <br /> Supplementary Conditions , <br /> B . Maintenance of Documents : <br /> 1 . Maintain in CONTRACTOR ' s field office in clean , dry , legible condition <br /> ' complete sets of the following : Drawings , Specifications , Addenda , approved <br /> Shop Drawings , samples , photographs , Change Orders , other modifications <br /> of Contract Documents , test records , survey data , Field Orders , and all other <br /> documents pertinent to CONTRACTOR ' S Work . <br /> 2 . Provide files and racks for proper storage and easy access . <br /> 3 . Make documents available at all times for inspection by ENGINEER and <br /> OWNER . <br /> 4 . Do not use record documents for any other purpose and do not remove them <br /> from the field office . <br /> C . Recording : <br /> 1 . Label each document " PROJECT RECORD " in 2 - inch high printed letters . <br /> 2 . Keep record documents current . <br /> 3 . Do not permanently conceal any Work until required information has been <br /> recorded . <br /> 1 . 2 RECORD DRAWINGS <br /> During the entire construction operation , the CONTRACTOR shall maintain <br /> records of all deviations from the Drawings and Specifications and shall prepare <br /> therefrom " record " drawings showing correctly and accurately all changes and <br /> deviations from the work , made during construction to reflect the work as it was <br /> actually constructed . The following items are required to be shown on County <br /> project record drawings : <br /> 1 . Right- of-way Swale/ Drainage — All culvert inverts ; inlet grate and bottom <br /> +� elevations ; swale beginning and end bottom elevations ; and highs and lows <br /> along top of bank .
