Provide files and racks for proper storage and easy access . <br /> 3 . Make documents available at all times for inspection by ENGINEER and <br /> OWNER . <br /> 4 . Do not use record documents for any other purpose and do not remove them <br /> from the field office . <br /> C . Recording : <br /> 1 . Label each document " PROJECT RECORD " in 2 - inch high printed letters . <br /> 2 . Keep record documents current . <br /> 3 . Do not permanently conceal any Work until required information has been <br /> recorded . <br /> 1 . 2 RECORD DRAWINGS <br /> During the entire construction operation , the CONTRACTOR shall maintain <br /> records of all deviations from the Drawings and Specifications and shall prepare <br /> therefrom " record " drawings showing correctly and accurately all changes and <br /> deviations from the work , made during construction to reflect the work as it was <br /> actually constructed . The following items are required to be shown on County <br /> project record drawings : <br /> 1 . Right- of-way Swale/ Drainage — All culvert inverts ; inlet grate and bottom <br /> +� elevations ; swale beginning and end bottom elevations ; and highs and lows <br /> along top of bank .
