The annual report of the sheriff 'was 'received. and ordered filed. Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried,, that the Minutes of November 20, 1962, be amended to read "the Tax Assessor and the Tax Collector be authorized ` to share the cost of the data processing and tax billing machine, such cost to be paid from fees accrued by the offices, in lieu of "that troy and homer be authorized to advertise for_bid for the machine." and the Tax Assessor is hereby authorized to make this purchase from. his current fees and amend his budget for equipment for an additional amount of $5,000.00. .Motion was made by Commissioner Hatfield, seconded by Commissioner ;;=addell and unanimously carried, that the Sheriff be authorized to ad- vertise for sale by the County all excess equipment. The several bills and accounts against the County having been audited, were examined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of s._tme as follows: General tevenue Fund, Warrant cos. 2334 to 2405, both incl.ustve; aoad and Bridge Fund, Warrant Nos. 1501 to 15.50, both inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture Fund, Warrant Nos. 190 to 21.', both inclusive; and Capital Outlay, warrant No. 03.
