NECNEC Unified Solutions, Inc. <br /> 12 . 11 . Testing of remote access to Customer' s network in conjunction with the Unified <br /> Messaging applications . Includes verification of firewall and general System security . <br /> 13 . System Administrator Orientation ( 24 hours ) <br /> NEC shall be responsible for the following : <br /> 13 . 1 . Identify functions and applications to be included in System Administrator training , <br /> per the Customer' s system implementation . <br /> 13 . 2 . Provide operational features as defined per manufacturer' s published specifications . <br /> 13 . 3 . Provide System Administrator with applicable System Administrator passwords . <br /> 13 . 4 . Provide two to four ( 2 -4 ) hours of training on using System Administration interface to <br /> perform most commonly used functions . Training is provided prior to System cutover <br /> and during normal business hours . Note : If Customer requires more in -depth training , <br /> NEC will sponsor Customer representative in formal manufacturers training . <br /> Customer will be responsible for all associated expenses . <br /> Customer shall be responsible for the following : <br /> 13 . 5 . Identification and scheduling of designated System Administrator (2 ) users for <br /> training if applicable . <br /> 13 . 6 . Note : This training is non -accredited , and will not qualify Customer for technical <br /> support on this product . <br /> 14 . User Training : <br /> NEC shall be responsible for the following : <br /> 14 . 1 . Develop a training plan with the Customer. All classes will be held during normal <br /> business hours ( 9 a . m . to 5 p . m . ) . <br /> 14 . 2 . Provide user guides as shown in attached Equipment List ( if purchased ) . <br /> Customer shall be responsible for the following : <br /> 14 . 3 . Work with NEC to develop a training plan and training schedule . <br /> 14 . 4 . Provide a room at each site that can be used for user training . Ensure access to live <br /> production system and participation of Customer' s staff. <br /> 14 . 5 . Schedule users for training and ensure participation . <br /> 14 . 6 . Note : This training is non -accredited , and will not qualify Customer for technical <br /> support on this product. <br /> 15 . Cutover Support <br /> NEC shall be responsible for the following : <br /> 15 . 1 . Provide a resource to assist users at the Customer' s site upon cutover of the system . <br /> Customer shall be responsible for the following : <br /> 15 . 2 .
