Indian River County Administration Complex <br /> Bldg. 1 - 2nd Floor - West - Punch List <br /> Tuesday - 07/ 17/07 & Thursday -07/19/07 <br /> July 26, 2007 <br /> Page 5 <br /> Corridor 2-109 <br /> 1 . Door - 109 inside of door needs to be refinished completely. <br /> 2. Outside bottom edge needs to be cleaned of dirt and finish repaired on the door. <br /> 3 . Bottom left of door on Corridor 109 side, needs to be sanded and repainted above the ceramic tile base. <br /> 4. Right inside corner to the right of Door 2- 113 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted . Also, voids in the <br /> grout joint at the ceramic tile base. <br /> 5 . Hollow metal doorframe 2- 106 needs to be repainted from the floor up and right side of the hollow metal <br /> frame has been damaged . <br /> 6. Door 2- 106 face of door is damaged at the bottom edge of the door and above the lockset. <br /> 7. Ceramic tile base needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris to the right and left of Door 2- 106. Also, in the front <br /> of Door 2- 106 grout joints are stained of black, dirt and debris, needs to be cleaned. <br /> 8 . Left of wood trim at the elevator, void in the grout joint at the ceramic the base. Also, right and left sides of <br /> the wood trim where it abuts the ceramic tile base needs to be caulked and also where the wood trim is <br /> adjacent to the drywall and the metal doorframe for the elevator. <br /> 9. Bottom left and right jambs of the elevator needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris and caulked in place. <br /> 10. Electrical outlet to the right of elevator electrical device needs to be cleaned of paint. <br /> 11 . Center of Corridor 109 in front of Door 2- 113 in numerous locations the grout is stained with the black needs <br /> to be cleaned. <br /> 12. Access panel on Door 2- 105 needs to be repainted access panel is rusting and edges need to be caulked where <br /> it abuts the drywall. <br /> 13. Escutcheon plate for fire sprinkler head in front of Door 2- 113 needs to be pulled tight to the ceiling. <br /> 14. Cove molding above the elevator joints is excessive where the cove molding meets the drywall. Also, drywall <br /> mud on the cove molding needs to be corrected. <br /> Women's Restroom 2-110 <br /> 1 . Outside face of Door 110 needs to be cleaned of paint. <br /> 2. Hollow metal frame needs to be cleaned of carpet glue. <br /> 3 . Inside face wood Door 2- 110 finish on the door is damaged. <br /> 4. Drywall to the right of hollow metal doorframe where it abuts the drywall texture coating needs to be sanded, <br /> caulked and repainted. That is also true of the head. <br /> 5 . Ceramic tile floor and ceramic tile base needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris . <br /> 6. Top left inside corner above mirror and ceramic tile wainscot finish is unacceptable. <br /> 7 . Floor drain cover needs to be cleaned of drywall grout. <br /> S . Center file walls need to be cleaned of grout, caulking. <br /> 9. Bottom left inside comer underneath the lavatories, caulk joint and grout is very irregular, unacceptable. <br /> 10. Back splash for counter top is secured to the toilet partition, this is unacceptable . Moves with the panel. Also, <br /> tapered leg of the counter, top tape or labeling left on the material needs to be removed . <br /> 11 . Ceramic tile at escutcheon plates where the plumbing penetrates the ceramic tile wall opening cut too large <br /> needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 12. Ceramic file black accent groutjoint the whole length under the lavatory and toilet stall is cracked and <br /> appears a shift that is on the wall this needs to be repaired. <br /> 13 . Ceramic tile cove base behind the Handi-cap water closet needs to be cleaned of appears to be black caulking <br /> and also the floor is stained with black material. <br /> 14. Top edge of black 2x6 ceramic tile trim needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and caulked neatly. <br /> 15 . Right inside corner ceramic tile joint cracked to the right of the water closet. <br /> 16.
