Indian River County Administration Complex <br /> Bldg. 1 - 2vd Floor - West - Punch List <br /> Tuesday - 07/17/07 & Thursday -07/19/07 <br /> July 26, 2007 <br /> Page 7 <br /> Mechanical Room 2-113 <br /> 1 . Door 2- 113 at the active side top inside edge finish is chipped. <br /> 2. Drywall needs to be sanded and repainted to the left and right sides of Door 2- 113 . <br /> 3 . All debris needs to be removed from this room, boxes sitting on top of the electrical transformer, etc. <br /> Electrical Closet 2- 114 <br /> 1 . Outside face of Door 2- 114 center of door finish is damaged. <br /> 2. Inside face below the door closure finish is damaged. <br /> 3 . Floor needs to be cleaned up of dirt and debris. Ceiling is not finished. <br /> 4. All penetrations in the acoustical ceiling tile need to be cut neat and clean and finished off with a ceiling grid <br /> trim. <br /> 5 . All penetrations to the floor need to be sealed. <br /> 6. East wall to the right of the Liebert Network tile units, drywall needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 7 . Ceiling tile at sprinkler head is chipped, damaged. <br /> 8. One ceiling tile missing in this room. <br /> 9. Right side of Door 2- 114, bottom hinge level needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted , irregular drywall <br /> finish and also to the right of the inside corner. <br /> 10. Left of hollow metal doorframe 2- 114 drywall is rough and 'irregular needs to be sanded, caulked and <br /> repainted. That is also true of the top left corner and the head of the hollow metal door where it abuts the <br /> drywall. <br /> Mechanical Room 2-115 <br /> 1 . Inside face of Door 2- 115A bottom face of door is dirty and face is damaged. <br /> 2. Head of Door 2- 115A needs to be caulked in place where it abuts the masonry opening. <br /> 3 . Floor needs a flush bolt strike installed at the inactive door for Door 2- 115. <br /> 4. Hollow metal frame 2- 115A needs silencers installed. <br /> 5 . Inactive Door 2- 115B needs strike plate installed at the floor. <br /> 6. Hollow metal doorframe 2- 115B needs silencers installed. <br /> 7 . Door head 2- 115B needs to be caulked in place at the door concrete lintel. <br /> Corridor 2-116 <br /> 1 . Door 2- 116 outside edge is damaged between the bottom and the middle hinge. <br /> 2. Carpet needs to be cleaned to the left of Door 2- 116 and left inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted, <br /> finish is irregular. <br /> 3 . East wall at boxed out column to the right of this area drywall is rough and irregular, needs to be sanded and <br /> repainted . <br /> 4. Vinyl base needs to have paint cleaned from the top edge. <br /> 5 . Drywall above Door 2- 118 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 6. Transitions strip at carpet and concrete floor at exit stairs 003 does not set flush to the floor. <br /> 7 . Right of doorframe 2-514 right side needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 8 . Ceiling grid to the right of Door 2-514 and Door 003 double grid not acceptable. <br /> 9. Ceiling tile at sprinkler head above Door 2- 120 edges are chipped. <br /> 10. Ceiling grid in front Door 2- 118 at the corner of the sprinkler head location grid is bent. <br /> 11 . Ceiling tile above fire alarm horn strobe to the right of Door 2- 117 edges are chipped. <br /> 12. Outside of drywall ceiling above Door 2-603 needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 13 . Ceiling grid along the east wall between Door 2- 116A and the right outside corner of Room 2- 119 has paint <br /> on it and is not setting flush to the wall. <br /> 14.
