Carpet joints in the green accent carpet tile, irregular, they need to be set flush and true. 20. Vinyl base on the back wall is not adhered in numerous locations, pulling off the back accent wall . 21 . Center of south wall about center of the wall above the vinyl vase drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 22. West wall towards left end corner carpet glue on the wall, needs to be cleaned and also that same area dent in the drywall above the vinyl base needs to be patched and repaired. 23. Painters tape needs to be taken off the north wall. 24. Electrical outlet on the east wall, drywall around the outlet is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. 25 . Need wall mounted door stop installed. 26. Northwest corner ceiling tile in front of the light fixture is chipped. 27 . Ceiling tile above the fire alarm horn strobe needs ceiling grid in this area and one grid on either side of it finish has been damaged where there is mastic on it needs to be cleaned. 28 . Ceiling grid, joint to the top right of door 217 is unacceptable, it is irregular. 29. Wall channel for the ceiling grid on both of the long walls, the north and south walls, very rough and irregular. Office 219 1 . Drywall to the bottom left and right of hollow metal door frame 219B needs to be sanded and repainted. 2. Hollow metal door frame where fingerprints are on throughout the door. 3 . Wall mounted door stop needs to be installed for Door 219B . 4. Bottom face of Door 219B needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 5 . Bottom left of Door 219B drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Carpet cut too short that is the left inside corner of Door 219B , concrete slab exposed, unacceptable. 7 . Drywall above hollow metal door frame 219B needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . S . Drywall to the right of Door 219B electrical outlet and light switch needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 9 . Right hand side comer at the boxed out column drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, at this outside corner of this same area vinyl base is not adhering. 10. East wall to the right of the boxed out column above the vinyl base scratches in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 11 . Door 219A- Drywall to the bottom left screw heads exposed need to be patched and repaired. 12. Drywall above Door 219A at the hollow metal door frame needs to be sanded and repainted. 13 . Borrowed light 219B BLl underside at the fill and bottom right and left jambs drywall needs to be sanded and painted and underside of metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted. 14. Two ceiling tiles not in place in this Room 219 . 15 . Ceiling gird around boxed out column is irregular, needs to be corrected. Double grid that sets around the column has exposed joints. 16. East outside wall of Office 219 has furniture in front of it. Unable to inspect properly. 17 . Outside corner to the left Door 219A above the vinyl base and about 30 inches off the floor drywall is dented and damaged. Needs to be patched and repaired. 18 . Hollow metal frame to the left between the top and middle hinge is dented. 19 . Drywall to the bottom right at the hollow metal frames is rough and irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 20.
