Right outside comer of Office 219 the northeast comerjust to the left and above the vinyl base approximately 5ft. dents in the drywall need to be patched and repaired. 22. Work area cabinetry south of Office Area 218 and 219?? ? ????? 23. East end at the filler strips, filler strips edges are chipped and damaged where it has been caulked to the drywall. 24. Vinyl base to the bottom left of this eastern end is not adhered to the drywall. 25 . Above the back splash at the outside corner of this eastern wall between the upper cabinets and the base cabinets fingerprints on the paint finish. 26. Above the wall cabinets at the east end, left inside corner and approximately off of that needs to be patched, repainted and repainted. 27. Cabinetry needs to be cleaned of drywall dust, dirt and debris . 28. West end below the wall cabinets where there is no base cabinets installed the inside corner about the middle, drywall is damaged needs to be patched and repaired. Also, coming off this same area the outside corner of the wing wall needs to be patched, repaired and repainted. 29 . Ceiling tile to the left of th4eoutside corner of Office Area 219, tile is chipped. 30. Ceiling gird on the west end of the upper cabinets up above the cabinets do not set flush and level to the wall. 31 . Ceiling tile in Open Office Area 218 approximately 6 tiles not in place. 32. Ceiling tile at the exit device between boxed out column and Door 215 at the exit sign, tile is damaged. That is also true in this same area, 2 or 3 tiles near the return air grille and the 2x2 light fixture in front of Door 215 and 216. 33 . Ceiling tile the 5`h ceiling tile off the north Training Room wall and the 4th tile off the boxed out column to the left of Door 215 tile is chipped. Storage Room 220 1 . Transition strip needed between VCT and ceramic tile. 2 . Hollow metal door frame 220 needs to be caulked where it abuts the masonry on the inside both the jambs and the heads . 3 . Door 220 needs to be cleaned of dirt, drywall dust, etc. 4. Hollow metal door frame needs to be completely repainted. 5 . No vinyl base installed. 6. Floor needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris . 7. All penetrations in the masonry wall needs to be sealed properly and closed off. S. Light fixture lenses are loose, some are damaged this needs to be replaced. 9. Grout joints in numerous areas are cracked, these need to be filled in especially on the north block wall and the south block wall. 10. This room needs an additional coat of paint. 11 . Electrical outlets on the east wall opening cut out very large and irregular, this needs to be patched and repaired properly. That is also true of the light switch to the left of Door 220. 12. Drywall around fire alarm horn strobe to the right of Door 220 opening cut too large, needs to be patched and repaired. Receiving Room 221 1 . Drywall to the left and right of Door 221 needs to be touched-up with paint. 2 . Transition strip needed between ceramic tile and sealed concrete. 3 . Hollow metal door frame bottom left metal wire needs to be removed and door needs to be caulked. 4 .
